#PrintedDecorativePaper printing ink mainly uses gravure ink. The gravure ink is divided into water-based ink and solvent ink. In the process of use of traditional solvent type ink, toluene, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate and other organic solvents pollute the environment, while the general water-based ink,the solvent is water and a small amount of ethanol, which does not contain volatile toxic solvents. Because #DecorativePaper is used in indoor home decoration products, #DecorativePaper printing mostly uses non-toxic water-based ink.

The main technical indicators of water-based ink are: thermal stability, viscosity, pH value, color difference, heavy metals, etc. Ink is the main reason that determines the color consistency. The color difference of water-based ink itself will directly lead to the #PrintingColorDifference. Meanwhile, the thermal stability and the fluctuation of PH value will affect the solubility of the connecting material and the dispersion of pigments, leading to the difficulties in ink transfer and drying and cause the printing quality problems, including the printing color difference.
